We are an Anishnabe Multimedia Company based in Whitefish Lake First
Nation. We bring to our clients a range of services with a unique style
of creativity based on our Native view of the world and the world of technology.
We serve Native organizations and Non-Native organizations alike. Our
services area can reach as far as technology will allow and beyond!

Our Experience
We offer our clients seven years experience in the industry along with
an impressive list of Anishinabe clients. Our work has been shown around
the world in numerous film festivals including three years at the Sundance
International Film Festival. You may have seen some of our work on APTN
and WTN. Some notable projects include a seven minute tourism promotional
DVD in three different languages and a feature length film screened at
film festivals around the world.
Pine Needle Blankets Productions is owned and operated by Darlene Naponse,
who was born, raised and lives in Whitefish Lake First Nation. Darlene
is an internationally screened filmmaker with an Honors Bachelor of Arts
Degree in English from Laurentian University. Darlene is a strong advocate
of First Nations social, political, environmental and youth issues.
